Great service, open late even during the pandemic.

My favorite place to go. Every time I visit Manhattan Beach I have to come here for a drink.

The food was good but the soup was not very warm. The garlic parmesan fries were also cool. Service was great and the people were all very nice.

Nice and cozy and the staff is friendly will definitely come back

25$ for 2 very small margaritas with 3/4 ice, chose their bloody Mary is the best choice

It's Hennessey's tavern! Bar food is great, service is better. If it's Irish, they probably have it in the booze department.

This place is great!! The Shepherds Fries were amazing along with the seared Ahi. I HIGHLY recommend the Captain Paul’s Caramel Delight!!We went during Happy Hour and the food and drink specials were great!! Awesome customer service from our waitress Serenity!!!

Hennessey's is a super laid back bar with an Irish theme. Prices are competitive to what you'll find for other bars around, except Hennesey's has a better decor, vibe, and view.With over ten different Irish whiskeys to choose from, they have exactly what you need when you long for the old country while here in the states.Food offered is simple, with offerings that make you feel like the tavern really is from Ireland.

This restaurant offers superb service and yummy meals. The best place in the city. The meals served fast and the rates are fair. Highly recommended.

Great music but there drinks aren't strong at all

I like it. I came to see if I here to watch a fight and they were super busy so this probably isn't an accurate depiction of what the service is like but it was a little slow in my opinion. I like the beer selction and the get up. The restrooms were just a smidge dirty but what bar doesn't miss the men's room on a Friday night.

This place never fails to impress. They serve fantastic dishes for affordable prices, there is no waiting time even when the place is loaded.

Tonight was a fun reunion of people I've known for 30 to 40 years or less! A special appearance by the guest bartender, Mr. Bob Roy, who shared his secrets for a long happy life. He channels Hugh Hefner, and the ladies loved it.

Service on the deck was poor, had to actually get up from the table to get drinks at the bar. Good views.

My favorite last bar on the pier. I love go there and get the last Mikey’s shot, this guy will make your night with some silly story

You can never go wrong with any of the Hennessey's. Good cocktails and friendly servers.

Drinks are good. Food could be way better. Compared to other bars around them and what they have to offer. They might need to step there game up.

Truly a hometown watering hole in this area. Doesn't matter if you're in a business suit or shorts and flip-flops. Food is great drinks are awesome and beer is cold! Marissa shines and shows everyone what great service is about.

Food was great, customer service was good

This is in all likelihood the best place to eat in Manhattan Beach. The process are reasonable, especially during happy hour. The staff are attentive and very nice people. The shepherds fries are delicious! The Irish club was also really good! With a little bit of horse radish, it'd be perfect. The atmosphere is quiet and calming.

The food was cold and service was terrible. The fish and chips were overcooked and looked like they came from Walmart. Was hoping for fresh food.

You can't beat the atmosphere here as well as the friendliness of the staff.you can't beat the atmosphere here as well as the front Lena's of the staff. I love getting a Hop Valley Bubble Stash everytime I come out here.

I love it here every time! Their beer selection could be better but the staff is always attentive and kind. The sandwiches are all amazing and their house made kettle chips are so good!

A couple of hours to kill before my flight. 1st time in Manhattan Beach. Could it get any better than blue sky, warm and sunny. Yes it can and it did in Hennesseys Tavern (On recommendation from John across the street at Altamura real estate).  Great Music. A couple of games on the TVs and a very welcoming atmosphere. Food was amazing (not what you normally hear about pub food). Thank you Lindsay and kitchen staff for the wonderful lunch. Felt at home even though home is four hours away by plane. Fond memories always. See you next year...?

The nachos are great and they have an average happy hour special but he drinks were good

We like a lot hanging out. Last night we arrived in this delicious restaurant which friends recommended to us. We passed a delightful time there with very good food and a professional stuff and a distinguished cook. We put this venue in our list and we shall no doubt visit again very soon. Highly recommended.

Cool place and the service was really good. Cool patio that I enjoyed with my dog. The food was mediocre, but it's what you're getting for the Ambiance I guess. I will be back I just won't have the BLT next time

The food is always excellent, and you get a taste of what Ireland is like. We are friendly.
